I am a Founding Coach of Integration Nation. I am obsessed with supporting men in recovering from their Nice Guy Syndrome, becoming integrated, emotionally and physically healthy, and getting on purpose in their lives. I am also the founder of ManKind Project India. I am the author of The Integrated Man and The Nice Guy Journal.

I live in Pune, India.

In my free time (of which I give myself very little) I like to go motorcycling, hiking in the Himalayas, and surfing in the Arabian Sea.
