Welcome to Integration Nation’s First Six-Week Meditation Challenge

Over six weeks, I will show you how to develop a meditation practice in a way that’s so easy it’s practically impossible to fail.

Here’s what it will include:

  • The easiest habit-building formula available that makes it practically impossible to fail
  • Weekly calls with guided and recorded meditations, Q&A, and masculine connection
  • A group Signal thread for accountability, acknowledgment, and celebration
  • Individual partners for deeper accountability
  • A private IN group that you can access after the challenge wraps up
  • A free meditation timer and streak-tracking app
  • A list of meditation resources, including guided recordings, exercises, and daily challenges
  • A one-on-one private session with me where we will record a personalized guided meditation based on your current goals
  • The opportunity to go deeper with a 100-Day Meditation Challenge after the six weeks have ended

About Your Facilitator: Coach Michael Cahill-Manchester

I’m Coach Michael Cahill-Manchester, and meditation is my anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, and ADHD medication, all wrapped into 10-40 minute daily doses. I’m living at Michael Singer’s Temple of the Universe in Alachua, FL, where meditation has become more than just another habit. It has become a way of life. Meditation has helped me in every way imaginable, and I can’t wait to share it with you. And with that, I’m IN.

Challenge Details

  • Challenge begins Monday, March 25, 2024, at 3:00 pm UTC.
  • Will meet every Monday until May 6, 2024.
  • This challenge is limited to 25 men.
  • A private group will be available for Challenge members to share, respond, and receive support. Members will continue to have access to the private group after the Challenge wraps up.
  • The subscription to the Challenge is $90.00 USD for the entire 6 weeks and will be in addition to your Integration Nation member subscription.
