About the Challenge

Get ready to kick off the New Year on a fit note with the Integration Nation New Year Transformation Challenge!

An unhealthy body can feel like a drag, sapping energy and confidence. Without accountability in exercise and dieting, it’s easy to get lost in the chaos of information, making it harder to break free from unhealthy habits.

Let’s tackle that together and welcome a fitter, more confident version of yourself. Coached by the awesome duo from Thunder from Down Under, Alex Moore and Peter Campbell, this 8-week challenge is all about getting you on the road to your fitness goals.

You will receive meal plans, an easy to follow weekly workout routine, and exclusive access to weekly meetings with Coach Alex and/or Coach Peter for guidance and support. Post your weekly progress pics in our private group for some friendly motivation. At the end of 8 weeks, witness jaw-dropping transformations, and new found energy and confidence. You will look and feel great as you shed unwanted fat and gain muscle.

Check out coach Alex’s transformation from this tried and tested 8 week challenge, and Coach Peter showing off his tattoos in an Integration Nation singlet. These men didn’t just create this program, they live it.
