About the Circle

Join Michael in a weekly Masculine Embodiment Circle. Think of it as your weekly drop-in exercise class to strengthen your masculine presence and grounding with a tribe of men.

Masculine Embodiment practice enables men to channel the dynamic energy of the masculine into intentional, purposeful action while avoiding the curse of constant, unfocused activity. It is the art of connecting with our inner masculine essence.

In the Circle we will learn and practice exercises aimed at helping men connect with and embody their masculine energy, identity, and qualities. These practices are designed to build a deeper understanding of one’s masculinity incorporating traditions like Pranayama (Breathwork), Yoga, Qi Gong, Mindfulness and others.

Why Embodiment?

Embracing embodiment practices liberate us from the relentless chatter and self-doubt that often plague our thoughts. The newfound grounding and peace from these practices paves the way for a deeper connection with our emotions, often obscured by the incessant, anxious whirlwind of our analytical mind.

With a regular embodiment practice and a grounded nervous system

Elements of Embodiment

We will learn how to use gravity, breath and intensity to create intentional sensations in our body, and use our attention and intention to move and breathe in ways that are fully chosen rather than a result of our deep seated patterns. With regular practice, these intentional choices begin to spill over in all areas of our lives and create a new set of possibilities.

The Circle meets weekly for 60 minutes on Saturdays at 2:00 pm UTC.
