“(No More Mr. Nice Guy is) one of the best books I’ve ever read on men’s emotional health and development. I have read every self-help book out there, but this was the first that put everything together in a way that made perfect sense to me.”

About the NMMNG BFA Circle
Remember your first experience with reading through No More Mr. Nice Guy? It is different for everyone. Some guys report having the book in their possession for months or years before getting around to reading it. Others hear about it or have it handed to them and dive right in. Some men read it slowly, needing to put it down for periods of time and ponder while others read it from cover to cover in one sitting.
No matter what your experience was, if you are like most men, you probably wondered how someone could have known you so well and you looked around to see if Dr. Glover had been spying on you. Many men report that reading No More Mr. Nice Guy was a life-altering experience.
A core component of the No More Mr. Nice Guy experience are the 46 Breaking Free Activities sprinkled throughout the book. Ironically, these BFAs were not a part of the original text. After completing what he thought was a close to final draft of NMMNG, Dr. Glover sent the manuscript off to a professional editor who told him he wasn’t done yet. The editor said it wasn’t enough to just tell men not to be “Nice Guys,” Dr. Glover needed to give them tools to break free from the Nice Guy Syndrome. From this feedback, Dr. Glover created the Breaking Free Activities that make No More Mr. Nice Guy such a life-altering book.
Whether you have previously done all 46 Breaking Free Activities or just toyed with one or two of the easier ones, the No More Mr. Nice Guy BFA Circle is your chance to do a deep dive into the life-changing wisdom of the NMMNG BFAs along with other recovering Nice Guys and an experienced NMMNG Certified Coach.
The coaches and members attending each call will then dive into one or two Breaking Free Activities, answer and discuss questions, and apply the BFA to the member’s lives. Each call will end with a homework assignment based on the Breaking Free Activity covered for the following two weeks.
There are currently two NMMNG BFA Circles to choose from. Each meets on a different day and time of day and is led by a different coach (Coaches Kevin and Michael MJ). Each BFA Circle is separate.
